Refund policy
Our Freshness Guarantee
Because our meals are prepared fresh to order and are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a meal has left our kitchen, it cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Refunds & Credits
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or account credits are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Items: If you received a meal different from what you ordered.
- Quality Issues: If a meal arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness standards.
- Missing Items: If your delivery is missing a meal from your 5-pack.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Since we source fresh ingredients immediately following our Friday cutoff:
- Before Friday 6:00 PM: You may cancel or modify your order for a full refund.
- After Friday 6:00 PM: Orders are locked into production. No refunds or cancellations can be processed after this time.
Delivery & Safety
Fit Fuel Lex is not responsible for meals once they have been delivered. We strongly recommend bringing your meals inside and refrigerating them immediately upon receiving our delivery text notification. Meals left at room temperature for extended periods are not eligible for refunds or credits.
