ORDERING & DIETARY
When can I place my order?
Our menu is live every week from Monday morning until Friday at 6:00 PM. We close ordering Friday evening to prepare our fresh ingredient haul for the Sunday cook!
Are your meals Gluten-Free?
Most of our meals are naturally Gluten-Free or can be modified upon request.
As parents of two children with Celiac Disease, we understand the risks of cross-contamination and make every effort to adhere to a gluten-free environment. However, we do work in a shared kitchen space and cannot guarantee 100% protection from cross-contamination. Please let us know in the order notes if you have a strict allergy.
Where can I find nutritional information?
Full nutritional breakdowns for every meal are available right here on our website. This allows you to plan your macros before you even hit "Add to Cart." In the future, we'll be adding this info directly to our meal labels as well!
SUNDAY PICKUP & DELIVERY
When is the food cooked and ready?
We cook every Sunday morning to ensure maximum freshness. Pickup and deliveries are typically ready by 3:00 PM on Sunday.

How will I know when my food is coming?
We keep you in the loop every step of the way with our Fit Fuel Tracking System:
1. You'll receive a notification when your order is being packed.
2. You'll be notified when it's ready for delivery.
3. You'll receive a final text message when we are getting close to your location!
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No "subscription traps" here. Order exactly what you want, when you want it. No commitments, just fresh fuel when you need it.
